The 4473 background form info is called or sent to the ATF and if approved the sale continues. It is not a registration and the ATF is not supposed to keep the information except the ser # of the firearm and the gun dealer's info. The dealer keeps the 4473 forms until and if the store goes out of business. Then they are required to turn the forms into the ATF. The problem is it is suspected the ATF has kept the personal records of each sale therefore becoming a defacto registration but illegal.
FULL AUTO means multiple shots with one trigger pull. SEMI AUTO means the weapon reloads a round each shot but requires another trigger pull for each shot.
Full auto has much different law. Has been restricted since the 1930s. And needs to be talked about separately. They have become very expensive because the finite legal numbers in citizen hands. ALL the transactivism laws must be repealed to get rid of the nonsense theories foundations of it being ok to bully some people from a perceived 'lower place deserving unique representation'. This is Cultural Marxism that has no place in a free and equal society as a law. We already have non discrimination laws that cover everybody. These are communist-double speak laws that belittle the 'equal' rights of some Americans, and argue some deserve more rights over others.
The transgender laws, are a trojen horse to take away the civil rights of women. It was easier for them to start here, to start making laws that subvert other people's rights. It is escalated to the point of a dictator looting our treasury and a single person impoverishing 300+ million people- threatening us daily with racist threats to keep us in communism forever
It doesn't make sense to give some people more rights to spite people in need inhumanely, and torment them, but that is how communism doles out meager rewards and punishments and holds power under the fact anyone can be shoe horned into their cancel culture, or be rewarded with a ridiculous undeserved winfall.
