This graph is wildly inaccurate. Add about 50 million to 80 million weapons to the civilian owned firearms. As data wasn't kept accurately before the early 1990s. The military also has about another 3 million weapons in depot's in facilities located in California, Nevada, Texas, and other states. Also I'd add in ability to freely communicate without a government blackout. There's almost a million civilian multiband radios or ham radios with the ability to project information across long distances that only requires a gasoline or diesel powered generator or car battery at a minimum to function.
