From their website:

At this time vaccinations will be required for adult guests to sail on Adventure of the Seas. Guests under the age of 18 will need to provide a negative RT-PCR test result.

This is easy for them, as Cruising isn't a necessity, so there won't be much outrage made out of this, but this is the first step for all Travel to require the Vaccine Passport.
