Memes like this are bad bc although a private business, when open for business they cannot discriminate against any member of the public. It's not a valid argument. If they are "open to the public" they are open to all the public. Or what, next I have to dress up like a ballerina or they won't serve me? I have to dance a jig at the checkout or they won't sell to me? I have to sing the isis anthem or I can't shop there? No, open means open.
If I want to hang a sign that says "Left Handed Eskimos Only", that's my right on my property. If I require people to dance a jig to be allowed in, that's my right too.
Freedom of association is a basic unalienable right. Everything to the contrary is unconstitutional.
Yes. And the public are free to assemble in protest and run you out of business for hanging a [NO BLACKS ALLOWED] sign. Your bank would be free to drop you as a customer. The people would spend their money at your competitor's place of business. etc.
It's nice to have rights.

Right, it would be nice to still have the right to freedom of association. If I don't want to associate with the people most likely to commit a crime against me I should have that right. If you want to go hang out with them and take your chances, you should have that right. But under no circumstance should you cop a superior attitude because you want to worship them and I want them kept far far away from me.
I guess the people are also free to blockade you inside your home and prevent you from obtaining food by getting every store you want to go to to ban you in order to kill you off. Freedom! Private property! Mob rule is good!
This is untrue. You can discriminate based on political party or literally any reason that you aren't "born" with (other than religion). So basically only birth traits such as race, sexuality, and now "gender identity", along with religion are considered invalid reasons to not do business with someone. I think it's pretty stupid. We should get rid of all anti-discrimination laws. If a business doesn't like you, just don't shop there.
There are dress codes in fancy restaurants a tie and jacket for example.
I hate the mask rules but the problem is that if we use the force of government to tell others what they can do on their private property the government will use that as precedent to use the same force in your home on your private property.
We should protest and boycott, leave the government out of it.
If someone doesn't want to do business with you for any reason they should not be forced to do so by government.
The problem is the world is full of cowards who went ahead and put diapers on their faces rather than have to be rude for five minutes to a store clerk.
You do not have the right to enter or remain on private property without the owner's blessing...so yes, if that's their requirement to enter that's what you do or you don't get in.
This is where masks come in. They have every right to require you to wear a mask to enter their property, Covid or not. Just like they should have every right to tell you to shove a gay cake up your ass. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.
Does a private business that say, sells hotdogs at a counter, have the right to not sell to you if you don’t swear an allegiance to Islam and denounce any current religious beliefs you might hold?
No, federal law prohibits denial of service based upon race, religion, sex, or national origin.. Anything else go for it, depending on the state your in.

If you want to say no people who could be referred to by the name of that dance you should be able to do that too
