Does a private business that say, sells hotdogs at a counter, have the right to not sell to you if you don’t swear an allegiance to Islam and denounce any current religious beliefs you might hold?

No, federal law prohibits denial of service based upon race, religion, sex, or national origin.. Anything else go for it, depending on the state your in.
