If the US Senate and the Wisconsin coward Ron Johnson have taught us anything, it’s that there’s a big difference between authorizing the use of and actually sending out subpoenas.

And yes, he’s a coward. He only sent what subpoenas he did after massive outcry about his cowardliness.
