That's a SCOTUS judge. Federal judges like Sullivan here want cases so they can grandstand and railroad people. So they can dictate their own views into the law.

Yes, Sullivan has more than enough bad rulings from the Flynn case. I still wonder how easily judges can be compromised and threatened. I mean Scalia's death was extremely suspicious and who knows what other judges have been threatened with as a single judge wields enormous power, but is just one person and with the phone and internet spying that's been conducted who knows what has happened.

What’s even weirder about Judge Sullivan is he was they guy who ripped the DOJ up and down for their lying and extreme misbehavior on the Enron cases. They withheld Brady material, got witnesses to lie, and totally overcharged everyone they could see. Kind of like what they’re doing now and what they did to General Flynn. He may have even held the Enron prosecutors in contempt and charged them with misconduct. And then when the Flynn case came up, he did a complete 180. It is whack.

I feel like they had something on Sullivan. Judges are such a corruptinle position as I'm sure he has done something criminal that could end his career. Escorts, drugs, domestic assault, something they could hold over his or so many judges heads as lots of careers its no big deal, but as a judge that's career ending.

Probably his kids dark deeds, the murder and his general sympathies towards communism

Wondering how easily they can be compromised? Wasn’t there a judge with a high profile case who had her son and husband killed at her home, causing her to drop the case?

Having trouble remembering but I thought the case had to do with Clinton or Maxwell or someone...

Just take a look at Sullivan's relationship with Rod R and the FBI. The judge has a bad son, doing very bad things. Much revealed from FBI Whistleblower. Corruption runs very deep in MD.

Why is Scalia's death suspicious? Wasn't he just old and sick? I've heard it was suspicious b4 but no one ever explains why.

They also didn't do an autopsy and I believed quickly cremated him. There was an odd email right before it sent by Podesta about wetworks before that. It's very suspicious, but nothing that can be completely proven.

Most believe he was smothered while on a retreat at a secluded 30,000 acre ranch. There was also something about the coroner not actually arriving to examine and confirm time of death, but rather, it was ruled a death by natural causes over the phone with a judge.

Additionally, his protective detail wasn’t with him. Really, it’s a perfect scenario for getting away with murder, even if it truly was natural causes.

That is why judges and judge candidates need deep dive vetting, just like political candidates. It is harder to find, but these legal hemorrhoids need to be removed.

As the collapse of our society and its institutions becomes apparent to more people, one thing that have to accept is that many of the professions that were once traditionally repsected are now full of ignorant, miseducated cunts, largely thanks to the politicization and dumbing down of our education system. Lawyers were never the best people in the world, but at least they used to be well-versed in the principles they were debating.

This judge most likely has a medicore IQ, a big ego, and a warped view of reality.

California universities dropping the SAT score as not needed. We're going to have a lot of Obamas in law school.

Nah Colonel Sanders was a hard worker who fought to protect his and made his own way.

These Judges get Golden Rides through colleges with no intention to uphold the law.

Why can’t Flynn file a civil suit against this jogger judge who abused him with gratuitous punitive “rulings” for political motivation alone, and criminally violated Flynn’s rights as a citizen???

PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS CANNOT HAPPEN.

And seriously...if Flynn can, but does not want to because he is “commanded” to turn the other cheek, then FUCK whatever “spirituality” that shit is.
