Here is my message to the HR department.

It has come to my attention that Professor Liam O'mara, currently in the employ of your august institution, has recently engaged in a racist attack against a prominent Black conservative woman on Twitter. I'm sure you have heard. I am simply writing today to ask if the University stands behind this despicable act because they hate black women, or if it is, as I suspect, your employees are trained by your HR department to hate those of a conservative persuasion through divisive racialized training implemented by radical hate groups. Either way, it is not very inclusive to send KKK hoods to black Americans. Frederick Douglas and Booker T. Washington would have much stronger words for you than I can muster. Why does the HR department authorize such behavior? If you do not, why do your employees feel free to engage in such heinous acts without fear of reprisal? In the age of Black Lives Matter, what message is the HR department sending its employees that they feel they are free to do such things? Is this act a violation of your employment standards, and if it is, what will the repercussions be? What would the repercussions be for a MAGA student who told a foreign born student the same thing? There is a cognizable difference between the way you treat a communist sympathizer and radical activist, whom you employ, and a chauvinistic American Patriot, like Candice Owens, whom you would never employ on account of her political opinions. I eagerly and breathlessly await a response to this missive. Your hypocritical double standards, racist to the core, have been laid bare for the world to see. Silver linings.
