high school soccer does more running than everyone but track. they also do weight lifting every other day. when i was in it we did at least 10 miles of running per practice and on weight training days we warmed up with a mile long jog and coold down with a mile long jog after hours of weight training. we had to eat so much it was difficult to the point of force feeding lol
