Drug addicts have always been and always will be. They steal because the drugs are illegal and the prices are so high.
want to stop the abuse? Make them all legal across counter meds. Prices will be cheap. the addicts can collect cans to pay their habits

Yea marijuana is so cheap in Colorado... that’s not how it ends up in real life. Price and legality are not as related as you would think.
