They don’t care. Here in Chicago they blame Indiana. Even though the gun shops in Indiana are super strict as to whom they sell. I couldn’t buy one because my wife who was with me didn’t have her ID even though I was the one purchasing. They will literally blame anyone but the people who are doing the shooting.
