That Bill of Rights stuff is outdated. Man gets into argument with wife, brings out an unloaded gun to the kitchen table and asks "why don't you just shoot me then".... more argument ensues, eventually cops are called and take his guns for his safety. (www.zerohedge.com)

I dunno friend in a marriage property is mutually owned so when wifey invites the federalies in and is ok with the seizure of said property it seems more like a domestic issue than constitutional infringement. I think this could be argued elegantly in either direction.
