LoL the virus is supposed to come out of your mouth when you speak (droplets). The mask is only barely useful to retain some of your mouth droplets. So that nose thing is worthless. It's not even effective for yourself because you'll breath in the virus anyway with those tissue masks, they aren't professional N95 masks.
