if you suck at negotiating then you make less money. if you have less education you make less money, if you have less ambition you makes less money, if you dont work as hard as the other guy you make less money.

But its skin color that is THE most important factor, well to democrats it is, they dont see you as American, they see only your color then assume everything about you, your history, you circumstances and struggles. There used to be a word for making all those assumptions based on skin color, eludes me at the moment.
