Women DO NOT make less than men. That would be illegal. it was made illegal to pay a woman less than a man for the same job back in the '80s.. so if you're a woman and your male coworkers are making more than you for the same exact job you should file a report with the Department of Labor because your employer is breaking the law..

In reality though on average women in their 20s make MORE than men

There is no pay gapp. It would be impossible..

Subtract that up to another conspiracy theory pushed by the Biden regime

If women made less money than men, then companies would be hiring more women since they can pay them less. I don't get this pay gap bullshit.
