Let me see if I can follow this logic:

I've played soccer at the park with my kids. Now why don't I get paid as much as the best soccer players in the world? Is it because I'm not good enough to compete with the best soccer players in the world, so no one will hire me at that price?

Nahhh, it's probably because I'm a (INSERT SEXUAL PREFERENCE / GENDER / RACE INFO HERE), and everyone is (___PHOBIC / SEXIST / RACIST).
