  1. Promise citizenship and free stuff
  2. Kill the "Remain in Mexico" policy
  3. Restart "Catch and Release"
  4. Deliberately make them storm the border (social media)
  5. Blame Trump for "destroying the immigration system" when in fact he saved it
  6. In reality he was stopping your cash cow (NGOs) and dealing directly with the leaders of these countries
  7. Blame "natural disasters and violence" for migrants coming en masse
  8. Attack the leaders of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras as being "corrupt" in a call to use "certified" NGOs again
  9. Impose the Green new deal + restore funding to migrant NGOs (two massive international rackets that steal from U.S. tax payers and give it back to the Democrat party)
