What they are doing now with lockdowns and mandates was supposed to happen before the 2016 elections where Hillary was "supposed" to win. Had the propaganda been effective in 2014-2016, the plan would have worked like it worked with Biden. The ebola pandemic of 2014-16 was a hoax.
