In NM there was a ‘delay’. I called in after a month overdue and they said their mail printer was ‘broken’ for the last month and they weren’t able to mail permits...of course they weren’t fixing the glitch AND they weren’t telling permit holders.

You had to call to find out, then you could go in and pick it up.

Slow walking for sure.
