I eat red* meat almost every day, sometimes for multiple meals. I know quite a few vegetarians and vegans, and I don't think a single one has healthy levels of testosterone.
Now I don't know if that is the horse before the carriage -- perhaps more feminine guys are more prone to being deceived into vegetarianism -- but I can't help but wonder if that plays a large role. Increasing my suspension is the strong push by globalists to demonize cows and push veganism, as I don't think it is just about punishing farmers and hoarding meat for themselves and the Chinese.
