I understand your point and generally advocate for the right for private businesses to do what they want, but there is a legal inconsistency here. Private businesses are not allowed to decide who they do voluntary transactions with if it's based on race, but magically they are allowed to deny white people for a program they would qualify for if they weren't white.

Changing your withholding so they stop taking taxes out of your paycheck will result in you owing a large tax bill (and potentially penalties) when you file your tax return.
The only way is to minimize your tax liability. You can do this by maxing your traditional 401k contributions. If you have kids, opening a 529 plan could be a good way to get a state tax deduction. Depends where you live though.

You have to find a way to get every deduction possible. Own a business, have children, 401k/IRA, Health Savings Account, etc.
at work, change your W4 form to married with 1776 dependents. They will take out minimal taxes. Then SAVE THE MONEY in your own investments and file a tax extension every year until there's change. Be ready to pay the IRS back taxes out of your savings, or don't own anything that they could take because you will still owe the money. But if more people did it, this would squeeze the pipeline of incoming "available funds" for them to spend.

Unless you typoed, you are misunderstanding, inflation is being used against the middle class, NOT the wealthy, who mostly profit from inflation. Even if you consider the upper middle class through $5m (which is already well into lower upper class), you are still talking about a strata that will at the very least be buoyed by inflation to various degrees based on their asset allocation. Barring catastrophic devaluation, which is not only a bit of an edge case, but also at that point nothing else will really matter and the only quality asset class will be brass wrapped gunpowder, anyone that owns hard assets or even quality equity, will come out on the other side, even if battered. This is like a tsunami and we have been watching the ocean recede for decades and anyone on a sufficiently big enough upper middle class and higher boat, will just ride it out, even if it will be precarious at times or some go down. But those on the beach that have been doing nothing but partying it up and ignoring the warnings will literally get torn apart by the debris.
I think I better understand what you mean though; I would probably just say that it's inflation being used as a weapon against the solid white middle and also lower class, not even the mostly white upper middle class.
