There are two organizations that appear to be collaborating and making this program work.

The other is Family Independence initiative https://www.fii.org/

I am having trouble finding the 503c tax documents which I believe are required to be made public, and should show big donors on them.

MGI seems to have gotten a $15 million donation from Jack Dorsey the ceo of twitter

I do not know if the city of Oakland is actually spending any of their tax dollars on this. If so this should be immediately investigated assuming there is any justice left in CA.
