For freedom loving people, It's a bad premise to begin with. A strong community simply declares independence from those that claim authority over it, it doesn't even need to be overt to simply ignore their demands. You don't go on the offensive for liberty, you have to defend your homes and communities from those that would try to take it from you. Trying to control some building or some political figure that the people reject would be an unnecessary objective.
