The FBI does it all the time and has been for decades, especially with it's terrorism cases.

Republican legislators should pass legislation increasing punishment for federal entrapment and provide a public legal fund for victims of federal entrapment and only appoint judges that are opposed to it and will rule against it.

That's like sending a strongly-worded letter, telling them to stop. They won't.

If entrapment is already illegal, and the courts won't do anything to curtail it, getting more lawyers involved (and wealthier) isn't going to help.

Sounds like a great idea on the surface...but so does gun-control to those who cannot think cause to effect....

Capitol Police waving people into a building and escorting them inside, then accusing them of trespassing, insurrection, conspiracy, interruption of proceedings, etc. is ENTRAPMENT.

January 6, 2021 was a mass scale entrapment sting operation.

It's good to keep the pressure on and remind demoKKKrats that they are criminals.

It's better than just shrugging and saying "oh well they are above the law."

Yeah. The injustice system does treat them as though they are above the law. But let's still call them criminals to their faces.
