Same crap as in Maricopa County in Arizona, where county supervisors/officials just blow off requests by State government to examine ballots & counting machines so they can audit the election. They defy the subpoena, and the court order, the Sheriffs and the battering rams come out. That's it. Not negotiable. This is so stupid.
Why do state government think themselves so impotent, when the U.S. Constitution gives them plenary powers to set up election regulations & rules??
Also, the Tenth Amendment gives them powers not delegated to the federal government to the States, and to the People. The feds are in power grab under the Democrats. The States and the People must assert themselves, if there is any hope to combat the destruction of America.
