Using their email to SMS gateway, try sending two links. The address for this gateway is (phone number)@vtext.com
Send a link to a story to the Verizon customer. Send again but first remove the text ‘patriots.win’
Only the message sent WITHOUT patriots.win will be received by the user.
Just to be clear: there are many ways to share content from this glorious site. The issue however, is that a multibillion dollar global communications company with headquarters in the US, operating under the oversight of the US Federal Communications Commission, US Federal Trade Commission, and the Public Utilities Commission and whose core business depends on the licensed use of public airwaves...

Yes... that is the issue. ATT (who own CNN) was doing the same thing. They told me they do not censor private texts when I complained. Wish we could class action these companies into ashes.
I can send a text to myself without issues via my messaging app (Samsung). It also loads the preview to the link normally. Not sure if the email to SMS is different, I'll check once I get to work.
So use a URL shortener. Easy fix. Bitly.com is my fave but there's plenty of others.

If you know someone with Verizon, send this from your email to their phone using their mail-to-SMS automated gateway: (substitute their phone number for the one in the examples)

To: [email protected] Subject: Test 2 Message: https://othersite.com/p/12i3lHYZFg/
At the moment, in New York, only Test 2 will arrive to your friends phone.I have repeated this test dozens of times over several days. It started happening early November. I assume it has been continuous.
If you perform this test, please share the area code along with the time & location. I would like to determine if we have a class action.
