For those unaware, a recall is basically just moving the election up to now because the people of a state hated the current governor so much that they voted to put him up for re-election immediately. This means he not only has to go on the campaign trail and make appeals to the people, but anyone from any party can enter the race and challenge him.
So if there is a solid Republican challenger, and a Democrat challenger to split the vote between that side, hes fucked. This is exactly what happened in 2003 that allowed Arnold to win.
Also, once again shout out to the Californian people for actually standing up and getting this far while all the doomers and gloomers did nothing but say it wasnt possible. Also, all Cali people need to use this momentum for Operation GOP takeover
