There is no justice system and the government it self-evidently illegitimate. I don't say that because it's an opinion I have, it's self-evident, regardless of what I or you or any government apparatchik says. The Constitution is the contract … the government is in clear violation of that contract … therefore it is a breached and nullified contract an the government fraudulently created based on it is illegitimate by its own doing.
It's like you having a contract with someone to deliver you x widgets by a certain

The ATF has the "authority" to demand the records at any time if you are an FFL. And the FFL is required to keep records for a term of 20 years. If you ever close or go out of buisiness all records are "required" to be sent to the ATF.

I'm sure they already have a de facto list, or at least access to one, of all of the firearms purchased within the last couple of decades to include background checks. I'd be surprised if there wasn't a paper trail that they can access.
