As a joke I applied for a job at McKinsey, lying that I was a FTM Transman in my cover letter. I got an interview with them despite not having an Ivy league MBA. I only have a bachelors degree from a third rate school. McKinsey is considered one of the hardest places to get a job at. In Modern Day Corporate America, woke points are more important than your education / experience.

Go to the interview and take the job. If anyone ever asks about how you identify or gives you the stink eye, run to HR and file a sexual harassment complaint. Collect your promotion and/or hush money and repeat as necessary till you own the place.

This is the way. If you want to sow the seeds, list membership in a minority rights group that might apply to you on your resume. If you're white and male, list a trans rights or LBGT group on your resume, then check "choose not to respond" to the demographic questions.
The interviewers will draw their own conclusions. Lying about being a FTM trans person might get you an interview, but when you're not a disfigured mentally ill person at the interview they will realize the lie and not hire you.
