It's like the left don't understand. If you lost the first time you are not going to win the second time. And frankly I'd sue the entire Government at this point for not making it a law to prohibit the even filing of lawsuits like this ever again.

It shouldn't even come to the lawyers desk. The lawyers should have said " sorry but this is not a legal act we can take they have rights to not serve you".
