Yep, even the STEM degrees don't automatically lead to jobs, because those STEM companies only want to hire H-1Bs.

American companies actively try not to hire Americans, and then they wonder why companies like Intel are constantly having problems.

its because after 4 years of university the students are useless, even in STEM. Every single student we've hired on, or I've trained has been useless out of college. Takes anywhere between 6-12 months to get them to the state you might hope to hire at.

That's not an excuse for turning your back on your own people. The foreigners also had to take 6 to 12 months at some point to get good at what they're doing.
