As others have pointed out, the stream is a year old. I am not so familiar with streaming on YouTube but I have seen other news organizations do this. I think they can reuse their streams and just rename them, and it'll retain the same start date. I think this is less about the pathetic excuse holding a press conference and more about they want to just accumulate likes over time... probably for algorithmic purposes. You know corporate media is all about that cash.

That’s how they got those likes, they started restreaming under an old stream ID. Those were probably from the last live video they streamed.
