He got charged with "Intention to commit a felony"... that's a literal thought crime. He didnt do anything. Thoughts are illegal, words are illegal. If I were imprisoned for every time I thought about killing someone, or intended to punch someone, or was curious if I could get away with something, I'd be locked up for life.
