At one point he also said he was not an expert in Parliamentary maneuvers, and yet he has been in Congress or the highest offices for 48 years. It’s like Fauci, he wasn’t prepared for an epidemic, yet he has been in his field for 40+years. The author Malcolm Gladwell wrote that it takes a person about 10,000 hours of practice at something to become and expert. Just 40 hour work weeks puts Biden at about 96,000 hours and Fauci at close to 90,000 hours. Maybe we aren’t picking the brightest to steer the ship?
