I think it's hilarious. He's a grifter who's lived off taxpayers his entire life. He takes orders and payouts from the likes of communist China. A serious case can be made that he's a traitor. On top of that, he's a giant pervert who, at the very least, inappropriately touches little kids.

And now he's losing his mind and making a fool of himself in front of the entire world.
