Well what I remember reading once was that all this hand sanitizer and increase sanitizing would lead to viruses and bacteria becoming more resilient and stronger.

yep same way doctors over prescribe antibiotics...they prescribe something too strong, too high a doseage and eventually you kill off the good bacteria and have digestive problems and the bad bacteria evolve ways to resist the antibiotics, so they have to go from 500mg to 750 horse pills when you need Amox
