Is it your restaurant? Are you the waiter?

Then where do you get off telling them how to pay their employees?

Again, it's none of my business. When I go to buy a hammer at Home Depot my concern isn't to make sure the staff there are paid. When I go to test drive a car my concern is not whether the showroom guy is paid.

It's your business and your responsibility to make sure your employees are paid fairly. The labor contract is between you two, not the customer.

You can't read. Waiters are not forced to work at a restaurant that pays them in tips. Go meddle in someone else's business.

Huh? I think you're having trouble reading. Waiters are not forced to work at a restaurant that pays them in tips, correct. Where they work, and for how much is entirely between them and their employer.

Me, the customer, has zero involvement in that.
