The atheist groups like FFRF for example stay afloat from suing cities with 10 commandments statues who then subsequently resist and end up paying a boat load of money. Same with the westborough baptist church, they make money suing groups who violate free speech laws.
It's basically just a form of ambulance chasing, if they think they case and get a payout the cause doesn't really matter. It should be a pretty straight forward discrimination case here.
