Someone should do it. Make it straight to video. No blackface. just act it out as if they were white and cast Mel Gibson as MLK.
They'll keep doing productions it will just be in the more red parts of Minnesota. The tax base in the blue areas has plummeted and if they want to subsidize and fund productions to get the percentages they'd prefer it might take a back seat to replacing all the burned down ruins from the riots. The plummeting tax receipts from those once valued parts of town that are now rubble aren't going to help fund shit. Let the Twin Cities reap what their worthless leadership sowed, even Target is bailing on their HQ.
