States rights

Federalism is States Rights. It is the mechanism that allows a Constitutional Republic to exist and flourish.

Without the 10th amendment there is also no Constitutional Republic.

Every single state needs to start rejecting EO's and laws which infringe upon state rights. Flood the courts w/ these challenges.

Looks like the Nullification Train has left the station.

Next stop, Constitutional Crisis.

(This is a good thing)

If SCOTUS is unable to properly resolve that Constitutional Crisis, we push for a Convention of States.

If that doesn't work, well.....use your imagination.

Weird how democrats only follow federalism when it benefits them. Red states aren't allowed to run their own elections
