state legislature needs to pass legislation that all migrants must hold a legal document to enter the state of Montana, A green card, a drivers license, or state ID. 99.9% will have zero of that, so that is all that is needed. Or pass a law that you need such ID to take up residency in the state, even if it is just a hotel (as you know the feds will be buying out, or using some imminent domain horseshit to grab hotel chains for housing illegals all over the USA). The legal ID route is one way to block this immigration onslaught for the time being.
