Wrong; ALL 30+ red States together need to sue the federal government, to demand that they protect the borders. Don't even wait til the Dems pass more immigration (un)laws and/or Biden gives all the illegal aliens amnesty. Sue them for not doing their Constitutionally-mandated duty!! (They haven't for most of the last 50 years...). Do it and do it NOW.
