The hubris you have of thinking you can barter away rights derived from God, recognized as inalienable by ancestors who died and killed for the same rights, belonging to other people who aren't you ... should speak volumes. But that rings hollow in your head, doesn't it? Muh tactics to keep an increasingly smaller pie of your privileges because you keep trading them away, that's the plan then? Give up your guns one feature at a time because otherwise the uniparty will take all your guns away? And you say this, out loud, without any sense of reservation or self-awareness?

Right, so you intentionally skipped the part where I said I wasn't happy about it. Understanding an action, and condoning it, are not the same thing.

I understand the idea. I'm not happy about it because we end up with less and less. We've been sold this idea by the NRA since their inception. We've been told the same thing by every conservative man in charge every time we lost more of our 2A. Here we are today, a couple votes in the senate away from going back to bolt action 10 round magazine guns. For pete's sake, the founding fathers had semi-automatic air rifles with larger capacity! This is an absurd line of reasoning. Shall not be infringed doesn't mean "except if you want to make my complement of 30 FIVE INCH bore diameter cannons 0.5 inches". Maybe I'm not mad at you. Maybe I'm just projecting the failure I feel for not sailing the seas on my own warship. I'm sorry I was mean to you, pede.

Hey I agree with your take on it. Shall not be infringed. I wish the courts would protect our right, but it seems they are more interested in preserving their own careers, this country's identity and future be damned. It's going to have to be the people that stand up for their own rights. Mass disobedience and non-compliance is needed.
