Sesame Street is now funded by HBO, which is owned by Warner, which also owns Fake News CNN. HBO paid huge bucks for rights to Sesame Street. I think they still let PBS first run shows on OTA TV for a few months, but then they move it all to HBO and the streaming platform.
I thought PBS has always been defunded? That's why they had tons of telephone fundraisers in the 90s and slogans at the end of shows like "this program is supported by viewers like you" or whatever...
Idk what Trump could've done, but I wanted him to defund PBS completely.
