That is a heavily shopped pic. No one has eyes that large. The ear lobes aren't proportional to the rest of the face although it's a good try. The face above the eyebrows, the right and left part of the face and the area under the mouth have been shortened. The eyes of an adult are in the direct center of the entire head. The eyes up too far, meaning the forehead has been been shortened. The face is too big for the ears so the face was cropped out, parts were cute off and the remaining part of the face was enlarged to fit the area without gaps. Also man hands and receding hairline. The hair is styled in such a way that it looks like the right side of the pic has the hair swept up giving an illusion of being pulled over the head to the left side but it's not. The hair on the right side of the pic is pulled toward he back of the head while the hair on the left side of the pic is combed forward. to cover the receding hair line. However, the receding hair line is clearly visible where the hair is parted. I'm tellin' ya all, male to female transgenders spend an awful lot of time learning how to pose, dress and style themselves for the camera.
