Agreed. Also, the use of natrium for sodium and kalium for potassium is misleading.

Also, why would they spell phosphate "fosfat"? It's like someone transcribed the Spanish list of materials. And "kaliumklorid"? You mean potassium chloride, the stuff in bananas?

The dose makes the poison. Nothing is intrinsically bad.
