Agreed to an extent. I'm fine with some forms of "reperations" plans I've seen, which are more so investing in inner city ghettos to make them hubs for conducting business once again.

I do believe we have to either find a way to reinvigorate our once great cities, or suffer the consequences and become a third world nation.
