Strange, I didn't get a message to pay when I used it, but did when I tried to archive it. Let me find another source, there's no way USA is anywhere close to 85th in terms of infrastructure.
Edit/ On another source, it gives USA a infrastructure rating of 5.85 (in 2017, the one above is 2018) which put's them in about 10th place that year. Could be the dumbasses read the rating 5.85 and thought that meant they were in 85th place. Still looking to achieve this as this one is interactive too.
Is there a way to archive that link or something so others can read it without paying?
