If "conservatives" and GOP Politicians truly cared about the 2A, they would release a bill to "reaffirm" the 2A by allowing Assault Rifles to be purchased.

Don't try to "conserve" the ability to buy semi-automatic rifles. Go on the offensive. Open up military grade assault rifles and sniper rifles to be purchased.
