i have a black liberal friend, we argue/discuss politics and I've pretty much said the same thing, basing aide on skin color is wrong and racist and he says well "its trying to right a wrong" so racism in acceptable is certain circumstances.. FUCKIN BS.

A concept that's so simple that pre-schoolers can wrap their heads around it. Anyone and everyone understands this. The ones clamoring for gibs do as well. They're just selfish, greedy assholes pulling synaptic backflips to get around the obvious.
Leftism is about stripping wisdom. Tossing out convention. Destroying tradition. Taking what what we learned to be true and telling people that it's evil and wrong. Communism's goal is to kill religion and dismantling the old guard to wrest power. Because the ideology needs to be all or nothing it tosses out the baby with the bath water. Lessons learned from the past need to be forgotten because the old is tainted and poisoned. So simple things like "Maybe we shouldn't be pouring salt on every wound because it will just encourage more social torment" becomes verboten. And it isn't about trying a different method that is less damaging. It's entire structure exists on this level because it can't function without causing chaos.
This is a problem I have with progressivism in general. People are just so fuckin' ignorant and myopic that they think what they are thinking and feeling now is somehow new. I often think about a notion that I saw when I was growing up--"Why do teenagers act like they invented sex?". I say this because when I was growing up it felt like teenagers thought that they discovered this secret thing that stupid adults just ignored. It's so stupid to say out loud but they actually think of it like that. Society in general think like this. They think they have the next big idea and operate as if their great grandma was so stupid for never even considering it. The thing is, your great grandma likely took some wild mustache rides and just never talked about it. Or maybe they weren't so fucked in the head with lack of self-respect that they decided to preserve their dignity on some of the shit that seems totally normal now.
Another thing that comes to mind when it comes to progressiveness is the interaction of men and women in society. I recall reading a comment one time where someone said with out a hint of irony that "Women have experienced 10,000 years of oppression and not until 50 years ago did they become free". I just think to myself "Don't you think there is a chance that this is an absolute bullshit thought to have?"-- I mean, men and women have been going at it since the beginning of time. Wouldn't it be at least be reasonable to assume that for the most part men loved and cherished their women and that women loved and cherished their men to a degree that they were able to agree with each other on a level that was mutually beneficial. Or is it "NO! Men have been abusing women since day one and a bunch of angry lesbians somehow managed to overpower men into giving up their evil ways".
Leftism is a poison of the mind. It strips people of everything that made humanity function on a very basic level. And what they hope to do is to inject government's cold flaccid she cock into the fabric of society and call it the new way. People just can't function on that. Human's are just too nuanced and people like creating their own little ways of doing stuff. A government cannot operate on this level. But because it isn't about creating a functioning society but rather a power structure that only benefits the few is just obliterates humanity at it's core. Oh but this time people will be morally genocided for their own safety.
This is the answer. We all understand slavery and racism is wrong, but no one in 2021 America has ever legally owned a slave nor has anyone alive ever been legally owned as a slave.
More whites in history were enslaved one way or another going back 10,000 or more years then blacks.. When do we get $$$$, and who pays us for those wrongs. When blacks were bought from other blacks they were already slaves, and made so by the stronger tribes that traded them for trinkets. Over the years millions were sold into the Middle East. In the Western trade 85-90% ended up in Brazil, or the West Indies. 10-15 % ended up in the US, and now live in the best place in the world. Yet they live on excuses, and never stop whining. Nobody holds blacks back more then other blacks !
